Andy, you looked after my father when you first started as a youngster in the Finchley Road. You then cut my hair from the age of 5 meaning we have chatted for the last 56 years. You cut my sons Simon and Sam's hair as well. Three generations. I learned about your grace, and gentle nature, your love of your family. I learned of your love of your wife, children and followed their progress. You were joined by terrific colleagues and friends, Angelo and Marco who are reflections of your own kindness.
